Results revealed that proficient second language learners have their own unique and similar strategies to attain their proficiency in English. It was worth noting that teachers are also one of the factors in acquiring proficiency in the English language. This study may guide English teachers to understand the nature of their learners. It is recommended that further research that focuses on the role of teachers in relation to English language proficiency of the learner would be an interesting topic to venture. |
