Mexico is placing a great emphasis on educational quality, for that includes and emphasizes the importance that play didactic-pedagogical abilities of the professor, as principal foundation to refer to the issue of improving quality in education systems. With the aim of promoting achievement in students in meaningful learning, this leads to the development of life skills.\n\nMust be made through innovations, taking as main base the structure of the institutions of higher education, academic update teachers and teaching material available among others; all of this for the accomplishment of a quality education at the level of other countries that are leaders in education, which allows in time to graduates having competence in their area as well as values and ethics so that they may have an adequate competitiveness when they join the labor force.\n\nTo achieve these demands, it is necessary that the Faculty has personal, professional features and a minimum basic skills like expert in education, as this is considered as an element of development, productive, creative and innovative in order to obtain quality education in the country.
